Programme Information and Eligibility

To drive greater appreciation of Singapore's diverse tourism and lifestyle offerings and enhance international visitors' on-ground experience in Singapore, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has launched SingapoRewards, a tourist incentive programme to offer complimentary leisure experiences to eligible international travellers visiting Singapore. Under this programme, international travellers visiting Singapore from 18 October 2022 may apply to redeem a free experience from more than 20 specially curated “Hidden Gems” experiences.

The programme will run from 18 October 2022. Redemptions of the complimentary experiences are subject to availability. The SingapoRewards programme is currently in its pilot stage and further enhancement and development will be conducted in the upcoming months.

The SingapoRediscovers Vouchers campaign was designed as a domestic stimulator to encourage locals to explore and rediscover Singapore, while supporting core tourism industries such as hotels, attractions and tours. This was at a time when international air travel was on a decline due to COVID-19, which had a significant impact on Singapore's tourism businesses. The SingapoRediscovers campaign ended on 31 Dec 2021. Now that countries are opening up and as Singapore emerges from COVID-19, the SingapoRewards campaign aims to drive greater appreciation of Singapore's diverse tourism and lifestyle offerings and enhance international visitors' on-ground experience in Singapore by offering complimentary leisure experiences to qualified international travellers visiting Singapore.

Enjoy a free experience with SingapoRewards if you meet all 3 conditions below: • I am a short-term visitor to Singapore and not a resident • I am arriving by air • I am redeeming SingapoRewards for the first time Please note that as the SingapoRewards programme is aimed at promoting inbound travel into Singapore, Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders are not eligible for the programme.

Children under the age of 16 years cannot redeem SingapoRewards in the pilot phase of the programme. Travellers must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal data to STB. This is in line with STB's Personal Data Protection Policy. Visitors can purchase additional tickets for their children, other family members and friends so that they can enjoy the same experience together. However, you may purchase additional tickets for your children. Upon successful booking of your free experience, a link to our ticketing partner's site will be provided in your confirmation email to purchase the tickets. Please note that any purchases made on our ticketing partner's site are subject to inventory and available slots at the point of purchase.

Currently, in the pilot phase of the SingapoRewards programme, bookings made may be redeemed by each individual only and cannot be made on behalf of another traveller. The complimentary SingapoRewards experience is meant for personal use only and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other products. The resale of the complimentary experience is strictly not allowed. However, you may purchase additional tickets for your fellow travellers. Upon successful booking of your free experience, a link to our ticketing partner's site will be provided in your confirmation email to purchase the tickets. Please note that any purchases made on our ticketing partner's site are subject to inventory and available slots at the point of purchase.

The guest information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Number) collected will be passed to the ticketing partner and merchants for booking redemption, ticket issuance and customer support. The trip information (Passport Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Flight Number, Date of Arrival and Departure) collected is used for data validation of our programme conditions, in terms of redemption eligibility. This data will only be available to STB. The booking information (Experience selected, Booking timeslot, Ticket status) collected will be used for largely for financial reconciliation and statutory reporting or record-keeping. This information will be available to only STB and our official ticketing partner, GlobalTix. Basic guest information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) collected will be used for contacting you with regards to post-experience satisfaction surveys. This information will only be available to GlobalTix and their third-party survey provider platform, Momentive Inc. Additionally, based on the cookies accepted on the microsite, user behaviour on the site is collected to improve the SingapoRewards service as well as other STB products and/or related third-party services. STB is committed to protecting your personal data. You may find the full information on personal data collected and your rights on our Personal Data Protection Policy webpage here, as well as the declaration sought from you prior to confirming booking. External parties directly engaged by STB that have access to data collected as part of the SingapoRewards programme, are legally bound to uphold STB’s data protection policies. They are therefore liable for the performance of their obligations under their Contract with STB and need to ensure that any Subcontractor appointed by them also comply with all obligations of the Contract relevant to the sub-contract. Scheduled checks are in place to review deletion logs and data retained from all parties with access to personal data. Any infringement of the policies will enable STB to take the party to task with the corresponding charges.

Booking Your SingapoRewards complimentary experience

You may subscribe to a reminder for the particular experience timeslot you are keen on. Once the experience is available for booking, you will be sent an email reminder to book your experience on the SingapoRewards website.

You may modify your booking by cancelling your reserved experience on the Manage Booking page of your Visit Singapore Account here and rebooking another experience once you have cancelled. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reserved experience. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your free experience even if you did not attend. Please note that there is only one free experience redemption per visitor.

If you are not able to make it for your reserved booking, please cancel your reserved experience 48 hours before your experience time (or before the stipulated cancellation time stated on your booking). Please cancel your booking on your Manage Booking page. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your reserved experience. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your free experience even if you did not attend. Please note that there is only one free experience redemption per visitor. The complimentary SingapoRewards experience is meant for personal use only and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other products. The resale of the complimentary experience is strictly not allowed.

After booking your experience, please let us know that you have arrived in Singapore by clicking the “I have arrived” button* on Manage Booking page to receive your experience ticket. The experience ticket and usage details of the reserved booking will be sent to your email address registered under the programme once you have confirmed your arrival in Singapore. If you still have yet to receive your experience ticket after confirming your arrival in Singapore, please check the spam folder in your email inbox. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team here should you still face difficulties receiving your ticket. *Your “I have arrived” button should be active on or after your date of arrival into Singapore as indicated in your SingapoRewards booking.

Please check your Manage Booking page for details on past redemptions. Changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours before your reserved experience time. Otherwise, you will not be able to reschedule your free experience even if you did not attend. Please note that there is only one free experience redemption per visitor. If you suspect any unauthorised transactions, please contact our customer support team here and change your password immediately. Fulfilling Your Experience

You may refer to the description under each listed experience for details on specific meeting points for your experience. The map under the “Where we'll be” section will show the exact location of and directions to your experience, powered by Google.

You may be required to present your passport or other forms of verification (e.g. national identification card) at the experience provider to fulfil your experience.

A survey questionnaire will be sent after you have attended your free experience. Please share your SingapoRewards experience for our improvement. If you would like to share feedback prior to receiving the questionnaire, you may submit your feedback at srwsupport@globaltix.com.

User Account Management

To change your email address linked to the SingapoRewards programme, please log in to your VisitSingapore account here to make the necessary changes to your email address. You may also make the changes via the VisitSingapore Mobile App.

We welcome your application to be an Experience Provider. Please contact our partner, GlobalTix at hq-bd@globaltix.com. A GlobalTix officer will get in touch with you should your experience be shortlisted.

Purchasing experience on SRW Mirror Site for accompanying traveller

If your fellow traveller is eligible under the SingapoRewards programme, they may redeem a complimentary experience through our booking process. Otherwise, you may purchase additional tickets for your companions. Upon successful booking of your free experience, a link to our ticketing partner's site will be provided in your confirmation email to purchase the tickets. Please note that any purchases made on our ticketing partner's site are subject to inventory and available slots at the point of purchase.
